In this beautiful new build apartment, we can offer all the mod cons that you need including two beautiful double bedrooms, both with access to a terrace overlooking a lovely tree-lined London street. It provides a gorgeous open-plan kitchen, dining, lounge which also opens out onto another beautiful terrace but this one looks out over the communal gardens. We can also share that the building is incredibly secure and has a lift up to the third floor meaning there is no step access to the apartment*.
We are happy to offer this apartment with an exclusive secure underground parking space within the building (please ask as charges may apply) which is highly unusual in this part of London. If you don't drive, don't worry, the apartment is a mere 0.4 miles (approximately 7-10 minute walk) to the nearest tube station which offers access to the centre of London within 10 minutes.
