Summary: The apartment is very spacious -- large living area, separate dining room, big kitchen. Plus it has 4 large bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. It was great for us as we were 3 couples + one single adult. The beds were comfy. The kitchen seemed well-stocked, but admittedly we didn't do any cooking. There is a very large refrigerator and a separate freezer -- plenty of space. They included paper towels and plenty of toilet paper. Shampoo, conditioner, soap all available. Apartment is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator (small, but still). Communication with property manager was very easy and quick and he is quite friendly. Location is definitely outside central London, but only 15 minutes from Underground station. Street is a bit busy, but a little street noise doesn't bother me. Only a few minor things; nothing that would stop me from renting again. I would have liked bigger beds -- could easily fit kings in all the rooms. There are a few steps up to the hallway leading to the bedrooms and then down again once you get into the bedroom. A bit annoying but no big deal. I would definitely recommend this place.
