Free on-street parking is available close by, but local time restrictions apply on certain days, so please check signage before leaving your car. Self check-in is by lockbox at the property, with full arrival instructions sent on the day of arrival.

Guests are not required to pay a security deposit prior to their stay at Dudley Flat, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the event of any damage or excess cleaning required. In the event of this happening, any additional charges will be communicated to the lead guest within 3 days after check-out.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
