Summary: We loved the hotel. It's very quaint and cozy. The room was also quite pleasant. The pub was also top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, and you could choose a different dish from the menu every day, which is included for hotel guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome. Except for one person at breakfast time, whose behavior was anything but hospitable. Rude and unwelcoming, you felt like a nuisance. Another guest was shouted at in the breakfast room when he was given something other than what he had audibly ordered and spoke up. Unfortunately, this one person had no desire or concern for service. She was unbearable for three days. The next day (the boss??? was present), she pulled herself together.
