Positive: When we finally had someone come with the key to an apartment she was very helpful.

Negative: The pool in the pictures is not part of the property it belongs to the gym next door!! and you have to pay. Our booked apartment had issues we were told, so we're given a different apartment. Concierge when I arrived was rude and unhelpful. Not enough cups/kitchen utensils for the 5 of us that were staying. The apartment was lovely but could do with some work to update.
