A fantastic feature of this home is the stunning kitchen which has been redesigned to the highest standard and is fitted with all the necessary amenities and appliances. There is a total of three bedrooms - all maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. The master bedroom also features a stylish en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a desk and high-speed WiFi - ideal if you need to get some work done during your stay. The flat maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are enjoying your favourite book on the sofa after a long day out or preparing a tasty dinner in the kitchen.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can get to most hotspots with relative ease.
London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home is a few minutes away from St John’s Wood tube station (Jubilee line). In addition, you’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. Lastly, Marylebone rail and bus stations are not too far either.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted.
