Positive: The location and extensive grassed area around the property . The quality of the building and its fittings The amenities bbq outside, wood fire inside, plenty of crockery cutlery so we were not having to wash them within meals. all items we needed were excellent quality and thoughtfully provided.

Negative: Just the pillows very hard and uncomfortable and the arrival time being late and departure time early - a little difficult to be out in time especially with the more excessive than usual clean up required!

Summary: Ideal for a family get together.
