Outside there is a rear lawn, decked area with furniture, barbecue and hot tub, a shared 6-acre field with children's play area, and off-road parking on the shared driveway. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Guests also have access to a shared games room with a pool table, table tennis, table football, air hockey, and TV. The Hawthorns is a wonderful base for a family escape to Devon. Note: Fuel for the woodburner is available Oct-March; at other times of year fuel for stove can be purchased locally.
