Summary: Room was nice enough but a little tatty in places and the decor a little tired. None of the fittings you would expect in a hotel of this class such as usb points etc. Windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Messages from the hotel clearly stated 12 check out only to be woken at 11 by housekeeping at 11 and then slightly rudely by reception saying we were late checking out. Bill was also wrong at the end of the stay. Overall a little disappointing
