Spend time together in the two relaxing living rooms, one at the front of the property, and one at the rear, with French doors to the garden.
The 4 bedrooms are simply but stylishly furnished, with everything you need to make yourselves at home.
The front living room has a sofa bed so can easily be transformed into a bedroom.
There is an additional double bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen/living/dining room that opens onto the garden.
There is plenty of space for everyone to gather in this room. There is a stylish dining set, a large, comfy sofa to relax on, as well as an armchair.
Upstairs you will find three further bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Bedroom 1 is very large and has a super king bed, as well as a chaise longue. With double aspect windows, this is a charming and peaceful bedroom.
The second and third bedrooms each feature a double bed and storage space.
All the beds are brand new and very comfortable, for a restful and peaceful night's sleep.
Guests will have the entire house to themselves, including the garden and garden studio.
Other things to note
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am.
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood, so excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Sofa bed - If you require use of the sofa bed, please let us know in advance. There will be an additional £25 charge for bed linen and towels
Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the house.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
