Full of character dating from the 16th century. with an original slate floor copmplete with underfloor heating, beams and a wood burner. Dogs welcome provided they remain downstairs The cottage is open plan with a stylish kitchen, sitting and dining area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, Belfast style sink and fridge freezer. The sitting area has views to the front courtyard framed by sixteenth century barns and the rear patio doors leads on to a safe and secluded garden with views down to the sea from the terrace. Upstairs has two bedrooms. One double bedroom with twin beds in the second bedroom. The cottage is charming throughout, full of character and is well maintained and kept throughout the year. Lovely to stay in all year with each season offering something special. It is particularly cosy during the winter months. Off road parking seconds from the front door. A rural setting with walks through amazing countryside,cliffs hidden beaches and coastal paths from the front door. A useful location for exploring all of Cornwall and the South West. Well stocked community shop within a two minute walk. Children's playground 2 minutes walk away. Incredible local sandy beach with rockpools to explore around the fringes. Two cafes and a pub in the bay which overlook the sea. Surfing and surf hire available in the bay. Rarely will you experience such a night sky on clear nights!
