It's next to Leicester Square, this prestigious home is a short stroll to many of London’s top attractions including Covent Garden, Soho, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, St James Park and Pall Mall.
•Rent a whole townhouse that can accommodate up to 36 guests, perfect for those larger families with teenage children, corporates! There is a beautifully appointed and fully equipped large kitchen that can seat 16.
• Professionally cleaned and supplied with quality hotel bed linen and towels.
Roof Terrace:
Enjoy views of the London skyline or take a dip in the secluded Hot Tub on the roof terrace. The hot tub costs extra for usage and it's only available in summertime. [NB: Please inform us ONE day before your check-in date if you want to use it.]
One bedroom with two mezzanine levels (sleeps 6 total). Shower room with sink/wc.
Third floor:
Two en-suites each with 1 double bed and 1 double fold out sofa bed (sleeps 8 total). Star and mood light system throughout. Jacuzzi bath and separate shower room with sink and w/c.
Second floor:
2 bedrooms. Double room with TV bed and further compact double bedroom. Combined lounge with 1 double fold out sofa bed/seating for 4 persons. Shared large bathroom including 4-seater indoor bathtub with mood light and "his/her" sink. (sleeps 6 total)
First Floor Lounge:
Large living room with 60-inch wall mounted flat screen HD SMART TV, Netflix, DVD library (200 legendary movies). Combined area with wall mounted double bed above 4 seat Jacuzzi. 3 Sofas which can be fold out into 3 double beds. Separate shower room with sink w/c (sleeps 6 total).
NB: Please inform us in advance if you want to use this room as a living room instead of a bedroom. Also, we have covered the Jacuzzi with a mattress. Please inform us if you want to use the Jacuzzi.
Ground floor Lobby:
Video entry system, CCTV (only on entrance door for security purpose), sofa seating, coat hanging area and retro Arcade coin-op with 800 Games.
Large, fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining tables for 16-20 persons plus breakfast bar. Kitchen can transform into family/friendly games room,
Dishwasher, Kenwood appliances, large industrial-size oven, Microwave (2), satellite TV, Spotify/Radio speaker, cutlery, china, champagne flutes, wine glasses ect.
Basement:
2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: king size bed with bathroom. Bedroom 2: double size bed. Lounge with a wall bed and a double fold-out sofa bed and further seating for a total of 6 persons, 50-inch satellite TV etc.
Communal washing machine and dryer.
Our check-in hours are from 3pm to 6 pm on weekdays and 2 pm to 3 pm on weekends. Check-out 10AM.
