Positive: The location of the property was good for the local beach and for us to visit our families members near by.

Negative: We had thought that the garden was to be secure for dogs but we felt that it was not secure enough for our dog. It should also be noted on the advertisement that it is the granny annexe that you stay in - showing the house is misleading. It was overpriced for 2 night stay for just a granny annexe. The king size bed is not comfortable and the heating and hot water is very fiddly to understand how to use.
