The house sleeps eight adults and two children, and has two king size rooms, three twin rooms (one on the first floor), a family bathroom, shower room and cloakroom. On the ground floor there is also a utilities room. The kitchen and sitting room are located on the first floor. Outside is a large enclosed garden with raised deck, outdoor furniture and a barbecue, plus off road parking for four cars. Within easy walking distance of the beach and village centre, Seagrass is the perfect seaside pad for an uber-cool holiday at any time of the year. NOTE: Christmas and New Year bookings must start on either the 22nd or 23rd December. New Year bookings must start on the 29th or 30th December
