All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
Occupying a super corner site in the peaceful Beaumont Village development this delightful three bedroom cottage offers generous accommodation for six people (we recommend a maximum of 5 adults and 1 child owing to the bedroom configurations). With easy access to trails leading to all activities and countryside walks, it has something for everyone! The property has its own enclosed garden and is pet friendly, ideal for those who want to take man’s best friend away with them. All fixtures, fittings and furniture are of the best quality.
The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen offering everything you need to keep the family at full strength, Hob, Oven, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and a full supply of kitchenware and utensils. The lounge/diner has triple aspect windows with relaxing furniture and a family dining table seating six. Folding patio doors overlook the paved patio and garden. There is also a ground floor shower room and toilet.
Approached from a half turn staircase the landing is bright and airy, giving access to three good bedrooms. The master super king bedroom has an en-suite shower-room and toilet along with a fitted wardrobe and vanity unit, whilst bedrooms two and three have access to the family bathroom on the landing. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has bunk beds (top bunk only suitable for a child). Both have fitted wardrobes.
Estate Rules:
1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate

1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
