Renovated to a high standard, this terrace house provides excellent accommodation over 3 floors. The ground floor has an entrance hall with a large storage cupboard, WC and also a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room which has French doors out to a small rear garden.
The first floor provides 2 good size double bedrooms and a bathroom. The large master bedroom is situated on the second floor.
The property has an allocated parking space for 1 vehicle at the rear.

The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off Mill Road. This area of the city is a popular location and provides a wide variety of amenities and social events throughout the year.
