About this space
Welcome to our period home with garden, with super easy access to the largest green spaces in London, Wimbledon Common, leading onto Richmond Park.
Excellent transport links with district and northern line underground stations within 10 minutes walk. Frequent overground trains to central London every few mins.
Tucked away on a quiet street, yet just a couple of minute's walk to all that Wimbledon has to offer - shops, restaurants, theatres.
And so easy to get to Wimbledon tennis.
The space
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, our aim is for you to feel like it is your home when you stay!
The living area features 2 sofas, one of which is a comfortable sofa bed, making it a versatile space for relaxation or additional sleeping arrangements. For guests who would like to catch up on their favourite shows or watch a movie, there is a Smart TV. With ample seating, it's perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Moving through to the dining room, guests can host their meals here, with a table set for family gatherings or intimate dinners.
Of course, you need a well-equipped kitchen to be able to cook these meals and that's what we've tried to achieve. There are large appliances such as oven, hob, dishwasher and smaller appliances such as microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
As you make your way upstairs, you will find two nicely appointed bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a super king bed so plenty of room to stretch out! There is a second bed, which is a single futon. This can be made up for you, if notified in advance. With large period windows, this room is furnished with rest and comfort in mind.
The second bedroom overlooks the garden and features a double bed. It has a built in wardrobe for clothes storage.
The family bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a bathtub and shower.
Our home is located just a stone's throw from Wimbledon, making it an ideal choice for tennis enthusiasts. Plus, with easy transport links to London, you can be in the heart of the city in no time, ready to explore all the iconic sights and sounds.

If you wish to use the futon and sofa bed, there is an additional linen charge (£25 for the double set, including bed linen and 4 towels) and £15 for the single set including bed linen and 2 towels). Please notify us at least 3 days prior to your stay.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
