The apartment benefits from a large living space (located on the first floor) equipped with a double sofa bed, TV (Does not have channels, please bring own Firestick/ HDMI) and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
DINING AREAS:
The dining table is located in the kitchen (ground floor) and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. It can easily seat 6 guests.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The large kitchen (located on the ground floor) is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away for a long or short stay in Liverpool. There is an electric hob, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer & microwave.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one bathroom (located on the ground floor) which is equipped with a toilet, sink, Bath and shower. We provide towels, toilet rolls and bath matts. We do not provide any toiletries.
The guests have access to all of the apartment, except the locked cleaning cupboards.
No Preference for communication with guests- I take my guests lead. I am available via phone anytime.
The neighbourhood is quiet considering you're in the city centre.
No free car parking available, however we suggest the Victoria Street multistorey car park.
