This is a new beautifully crafted private two bedroom apartment, with its south-facing garden, is all about space, comfort and brightness. It is within a 5 storey Victorian building but with its own private entrance.
The finishes are new, seamless and wonderfully thought out and detailed. The living space is at the heart of the apartment with relaxing comfortable luxury furniture. The adjoining dining space with its beautiful bespoke oak table and chairs sits under a glass roof equipped with roof blinds and faces onto the garden accessed by a large glass door blurring the boundaries between inside and out. The kitchen is integrated within the living spaces. TVs are provided to the main living space and the principal bedroom. A smart speaker is provided for use.
There are two bedrooms one to the front and the other to the rear opening onto to the lovely garden with comfortable chairs and table. The rear main bedroom has a super king bed and has an ensuite shower room. Built in wardrobes, with extensive storage and shelving is provided throughout. Guest Access:
Access is from the front of the building through the stone terrace and garden and down some steps. The apartment is a single-level unit located on the lower ground floor, it's about 8 steps down to the front door.
I would suggest leaving your luggage at the top of the steps until you access the flat.
