Welcome to our one-of-a-kind (ground & first floor) NY loft style apartment, situated in the beautiful and tranquil Royal Arsenal Riverside along the banks of the River Thames in Southeast London, just 10mins away from City Airport, Canary Wharf and the 02 Arena in Greenwich.
Our quirky apartment boasts a unique blend of contemporary design and raw industrial elements, including a fully equipped concrete kitchen, bespoke steel staircase, and a cosy living area for relaxing & socialising.
Unwind in the bedroom, where you will find a a plush King-size bed, rail space and storage for your clothing and belongings, a ceiling hammock to literally take the weight off your feet, and selection of contemporary design books to browse.
The bathroom is a luxurious retreat, with elegant fixtures and fittings, including a rainforest shower and exercise area with punch bag, TRX machine, a yoga matt, and weights.
Our space can accommodate up to two guests, please note it is completely open planned with no internal doors & the open staircase makes it unsuitable for small children.
The Woolwich Arsenal is a vibrant historic riverside neighbourhood, with its own award-winning theatre and music venues – Punch Drunk & Woolwich Works are just a couple of min walk away from our apartment.
There are several cafes including a Gails bakery, Starbucks and french patisserie Boulangerie Jade, all serving delicious drinks and snacks.
If you are looking for something a little stronger, why not try Gastropub The Dial Arch or craft brewer SALT, who serve up delicious pizza's and wings, or if wine is more your tipple, 63 Delis the Italian deli and wine bar will have you covered.
