This is an open plan studio apartment with a separate bathroom. Done to a high standard, sky lights, big windows & French doors onto your own patio.
You'll have your own fully equipped kitchen and modern shower room & TV with Amazon/Netflix.
A double bed and a sofa bed if needed. Highly suitable for a couple, 2 single people or up to a family of 4.
Kitchen has fridge, induction hob/combi oven, Nespresso machine and table with seating for 4/6.
Own outdoor terrace and use of shared garden.
The apartment is yours alone with your own outdoor small patio space.
Access down the side of the house through the garden which is a shared space.
The Sofabed has an additional thick memory foam mattress topper so rest assured that it is comfortable or adults or children.
Please note, regarding any washing you might have, the washing machine is in the main house with me and NOT in the studio, you are welcome to use it, not usually for short stays i.e. less than 7 days but if you're desperate please ask and we can come to an arrangement (-:
You're free to hang any hand washing or towels on the washing line in the garden to dry any time or there is a drying rack in the garden shed.
Excellent transport links, very frequent and only 15 minutes into Central London, Forest hill or Catford stations are a 12 - 15 minute walk away. You can pretty much get any where you need to from here.
