- There are two indoor bins, one for recycling and one for general waste. Please throw rubbish accordingly. Glass, tins/cans, bottles and containers, certain plastics, cardboard and regular paper can be thrown in the recycling. General waste would be food, un recyclable items such as crisp packets, tissues, soiled or used personal items.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
- Extra guests are not allowed. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of £30 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 4 guests.
- Do not try to open/unlock the front door without the door key, it won’t open and wears out the door handle/locks when pulled without the key
- Do not sleep on the sofa, it is not a sofa bed. Please use the beds provided.
- Please kindly remove outdoor shoes in bedroom and living areas
- When using the kitchen, please hand wash knives and pans.
- When leaving the property please set the thermostat to eco mode and make sure to lock all doors and windows.
- Please remember to return the key to lock box.
- A fee of £75 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the home.
- The FULL cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - Please be careful with them.
- Kindly leave the house as you found it.
