Modern 18th floor one bedroom apartment located in Shadwell E1. Balcony with great views towards the city and central London.
Ideally located right next to Shadwell station which is on the DLR and Overground which means it easy to see all the tourist sights of London or further afield.
Sleeps three, two in the double bed and one on the sofa in the living room.
We can try to be as flexible as possible for the check-in.
The Space:
A modern 1 bedroom apartment on the 18th floor, with amazing views across London. There is an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, including modern appliances and everything you need to cook meals at home. There's a balcony just off the living space, where you can enjoy uninterrupted views across the city. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). The double bedroom features a comfortable bed made up with crisp hotel linen, and a large wardrobe to store your clothes. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and bath, as well as towels provided and complimentary toiletries for your use.

The whole flat is available for you to use during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
This flat is located right in the middle of Shadwell which is immediately to the east of the historic City of London in the east end of London.
Close to Shoreditch for nightlife Spitalfields Old Market/Brick Lane for food.
I have lived in London for 7 years so I'm happy to provide tips and recommendations before your stay.
Getting Around:
2 minutes walk from Shadwell station on the Overground and DLR -
1 stop to Bank on the DLR
2 stops to Shoreditch High Street on the Overground
Alternatively many central London destinations are walkable, for example Tower Bridge/Tower of London is walkable in 20 minutes, Shoreditch in 25 minutes and Brick Lane in 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
This is my home which I rent out whilst I'm away so please note my belongings ect will be in the apartment.
- There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking)
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group.
-You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21.
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-If you fail to arrive at the flat within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late.
-If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed or know in advance let us know as soon as possible and we will try – when possible – to avoid any extra fees.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the flat. Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
