To the right of it, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons you'll need to whip up a fresh meal.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with a King XL bed that has been fitted with hotel-quality linens for your comfort.
There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuites in the bedrooms, and one common bathroom. You'll find 2 of the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and sink, and in the master bathroom, you'll find a jacuzzi bath.

The apartment block is in a residential area filled with a mix of families, single people etc.
Safe area for yourself and if you bring along any family.

If you drive the north circular will take you into central London etc.

There are bus stops which are within walking distance.

## Notes
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
