A spacious, unusual and beautiful apartment in the very centre of london.
Really the perfect location- close enough to both Soho and Fitzrovia but on a quiet side street that offers peace and refuge from the bustling city outside.
The home is minutes walking to both Oxford Circus and Tottenham court road stations connecting you to everywhere in london within about half an hour. Home comes equipped with all the essentials- perfect for up to 4 guests!
A really lovely space, with a plinky plonky piano, a record player (with some questionable records), a big wooden dining table and cosy space to sit at the end of a busy day out in central london.
The apartment has been my home for seven years and everything has been chosen with love. I hope you enjoy your stay!
Please note, no smoking inside the apartment-there's a small balcony off one of the bedrooms that you're welcome to use!

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
