A wonderful detached 3 bedroom house, with large garden, totally refurbished in 2014.
The road that the house is on is a cul-de-sac and extremely quiet. You would be forgiven for thinking you're in the countryside, and not less than 20 minutes from Central London!
The station Sydenham Hill is a five minute walk away, serving London Victoria in 16 minutes. Alternatively, catch the Victoria train then change to the underground at Brixton, which is just 9 minutes away.
The space
It is a detached three bedroom house, with a large garden. The kitchen and the lounge are both very spacious rooms, with large windows that let in lots of light. The house was totally refurbished in 2014 - rewired and replastered, with new bathrooms, ceilings, floors and carpets.
The station Sydenham Hill is a five minute walk away. From here there are trains to London Victoria, which take 15 minutes. Alternatively, catch the Victoria train then change to the tube at Brixton, which is just 8 minutes away.
Dulwich Woods, the only remaining ancient wood in London, is a 2 minute walk. A huge green space with loads of paths and trails to get lost in.
The nearest pub, The Woodhouse, is also around a 4 minute walk. It's very family friendly, with a large garden and BBQs in the summer.
The third bedroom has two single bunk beds, which are very popular with kids.
