Weiying’s beautiful home is situated on the raised ground floor of a Victorian terrace in the peaceful residential area of Maida Vale/Little Venice, a charming neighbourhood famous for its beautiful canals, lovely cafes and restaurants, yet being close to Central London. Paddington Station and Heathrow Express are just a 15-minute walk away. The bright living room has been simply yet stylishly furnished with wooden flooring, a modern sofa (which also converts into a sofa bed), desk and beautiful table. There is also a large flat screen TV with surround sound. The peaceful double bedroom at the rear also boasts a huge amount of storage space for guests. There is a modern, well equipped kitchen with a small table and chairs for dining as well all necessary amenities. There is a large fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and small appliances such as kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. In the modern bathroom there is a bath with a shower and plenty of storage for guests. Do note the stylish photographs on the wall, taken by Weiying herself! The home is in the desirable area of Little Venice/Maida Vale with lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. Great coffee and breakfast are served at Toast in nearby Formosa Street or, for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening by the canal, head to the Waterway pub with its lovely terrace. The canals in the area provide a beautiful location for walks or runs along the towpaths - a really unique area of London. Lord’s Cricket ground is located less than a 20-minute walk away and the famous Abbey Road Studios a similar distance. For transport links the home is located close to Warwick Avenue, Paddington and Royal Oak stations.
