New modern kitchen with built in appliances, including integrated dishwasher ,washer , fridge with built in freezer compartment ,and a good range of kitchen equipment for cooking any meal. Outside boiler/boot room, with tumble dryer ,ideal for drying wet muddy boots and coats .Large lockable shed ,which has lighting, ideal for storing bikes . Outside space, enclosed garden with gated entrance and off road parking for two cars ,lawn ,borders and patio area at front and rear ,patio furniture provided. Travel Cot , high chair available by request, also retractable stairgates at both top and bottom of stairs .Well behaved dogs ,(2 maximum) to remain downstairs only and not on furniture.
