Perfectly positioned 'Between the Commons', Clapham and Wandsworth Commons are short walks away and the restaurants, bars and shops of the lively Northcote Road a stone's throw away. Clapham Junction is a 5 to 10 minute walk allowing for fast connections in to the City of London or West End.
The ground floor consists of a very large living room, complete with fireplace and widescreen Smart TV (Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc.) and DVD player and a spacious well equipped kitchen/dining room. The first floor consists of a Master bedroom, a separate large bathroom and a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the third floor there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which also leads to a secluded private roof terrace.
