Here lies both a hot tub and swim spa available for private use by guests.

Located on the border of Lancashire and Greater Manchester, a mere 5-minute walk will take you to a local food serving pub. Excellent walking and cycling is available including the Turton and Entwistle Trail which takes you around Entwistle Reservoir. For those with children Moss Bank Park is around a 15-minute drive and occupies 34 hectares of woodland and play areas. Jumbles Country Park is also around a 10-minute drive and includes another scenic reservoir walk.
Slightly further afield a 30-minute drive will take you to Rivington Pike, which is a well-known walking and hiking landmark where you’re rewarded with one of the best viewpoints in North West England. Other attractions within a half hour drive include The Trafford Centre which is also home to Sea Life Manchester, Chill Factor’e and Lego Land. Bury Market which held 6 days a week is home to over 300 stalls, and Middlesbrook Retail and Leisure Park which is UK’s largest and offers opportunity to shop, dine and play.
