The properties are adjacent to the owners’ smallholding, which is home to a range of animals including emu, goats, turkeys and many more. With this in mind, the owners are happy to welcome pets, however they must be kept on a lead at all times.

For a high speed train journey to London or Paris, Ashford International is a short drive away. Kent also boasts several fantastic golf courses with the closest being in Tenterden. Several attractions in Kent include Canterbury, with its boutique shops, cobbled streets and famous cathedral, or enjoy a day by the sea in either Whitstable or Broadstairs. Beach 8½ miles. Shop and restaurant 2 miles, pub 1½ miles.
