The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with spectacular views of our small marina and out over the River Yare. Upstairs, a beautiful double bedroom with a very spacious bathroom. A small balcony provides stunning views up the river and out over the Broads. To the rear of the cottage (via external side access) is a large private courtyard complete with sunken hot tub, outside dining area and gas BBQ.
