Summary: When we went to check in the receptionist said that we can’t stay there cos of maintenance issues so he gave an other hotel Best western. That area is very nice place close to exchange mall. The room was so neat and tidy. But the only problem was you couldn’t take shower cos the water is too hot. My mum needed to go to a party without taking shower. They finally fixed the problem in the evening but I had to check out that day due to I no longer needed a hotel. Otherwise I was happy to stay in the hotel. There was a fan in the room too which was very much handy in need of this summer weather. I thank the hotel for their service too. Thank you very much 😀

Summary: My bed had a stain and pillow had a hair - towels were dirty - staff didn’t let me have an invoice upon checking out and got a general poor welcome with the receptionist when we checked in - plus we had to walk many blocks to get to our “hotel room” which is just someone’s house with a bed a desk with no chair and no mirror apart from in bathroom and no lamp so it lacked the nessecary facilities
