Summary: We stayed in a family room whilst travelling on a short beach break. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities. There was a very good hot and cold food selection for breakfast for the whole family. We stayed over the bank holiday and the price was much more affordable than anywhere else and it’s less than a 15 min drive to the beach and 10 mins to Rye centre. Only complaint would be the power shower in our bathroom was very old and leaking a little, so temperamental when we used it. There were also cobwebs in the hallway and the place did feel a bit tired, but the kids loved the water fountain and flowers were lovely.
