This beautiful five-bedroom home in Acton sleeps up to nine guests, and is close to Shepherd’s Bush and Notting Hill.
A small front garden with two bike racks and a path leads to the entrance of the property. The entrance hall has lovely detailed tiling on the floors and beautiful stained glass surrounding the door.
LIVING ROOM
With wooden flooring throughout, this spacious living area is bright, with a large bay window. There is a large sofa and coffee table, a side table, and a Smart TV with DVD player. There is a lovely original fireplace, with red tiling and bookcases on either side. Interesting artwork hangs on the surrounding walls, as well as a large mirror.
WC
Under the stairs, there is a small WC and basin. The walls have cool exposed brickwork detailing.
KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
As you enter this room there is a working space with a desk and chair, as well as two vintage leather armchairs for reading. Through to the kitchen area, which has stainless steel worktops and wooden fittings. There is a kitchen island, with barstools. A double range cooker sits on the back wall. This kitchen has all the amenities you will need during your stay including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The polished concrete flooring also has under floor heating. On the right, is an oval green marble dining table that seats 8-10 people comfortably. The wall behind has exposed brick work and artwork hanging. Industrial style lights hang above the table. French doors lead out to the garden.
GARDEN
This lovely garden has an outdoor table and chairs for dining on the patio area, as well as many plants to decorate the space.
FIRST BEDROOM
Upstairs to the first floor, and the first bedroom. This room comprises a king-sized bed, which faces the window and an original feature fireplace, with beautiful blue tiles. There is also a desk with chair and a bookcase in this room, as well as a chest of drawers.
BATHROOM
This spacious bathroom comprises a bath, WC, over-sized basin and separate walk-in shower. The bathroom also has a condenser tumble dryer and hanging space.
SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom has a double bed, with a contrasting pink wall on one side. There is also a fireplace, armchair and large bay window to provide lots of light. There is a chest of drawers, bookcases above and a hanging rail.
THIRD BEDROOM
This room has a single white-cast iron frame bed, a small white fireplace, a chest of drawers and hanging hooks.
FOURTH BEDROOM with en-suite and balcony
Upstairs to the top floor, to the spacious, light-filled master bedroom, with a super king-sized bed. There is also a large wardrobe, chaise longue, armchair, bookcases and French doors out to a balcony.
This en suite bathroom has cool brick style tiling, with a WC and basin and a large walk-in shower.
The balcony overlooks the lovely garden below and the surrounding area. A perfect space to relax.
STUDIO with en-suite
The spacious, private studio, which is situated at the back of the garden, is fitted with a king-sized bed to sleep two people.
