38 River Terrace is a three-bedroom townhouse located in the town's centre and overlooking the Marina and River Great Ouse. River Terrace has two rooms with double beds and one king-sized room that can accommodate 6 guests.
The house is an upside-down house with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor with the living and kitchen area upstairs. The main bedroom is a king bedded room with side cabinets, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There are two additional double bedrooms with double beds, side cabinets and a wardrobe. The king and one of the double rooms both overlook the river. The shower room is downstairs with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity unit with sink.
Upstairs is the lounge/dining area and kitchen. The lounge also has the advantage of looking out over the Marina and the River Ouse. A spacious balcony with outdoor seating is accessible through bifold doors. Ideal for long nights spent enjoying a drink and taking in views of St. Neots.
