PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: THERE IS A CAT LIVING IN THE PROPERTY. AND WHILE THE FEEDING PROCESS IS AUTOMATIC, ACCESS NEEDS TO BE ALLOWED THROUGH THE WINDOWS!

- With high beamed floor to ceiling windows and stunning fitted rooftop windows, the property has natural light glazing through all day;
- All bedrooms are bright and airy, with classic king and double sized beds, plush pillows and crisp sheets for a good night’s rest;
- The home has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators;
- In the bathroom, you will find a beautiful stand-alone big bathtub, fluffy towels and toiletries to help you relax and restore at the end of the day;
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to hotel standards before your arrival.
Guest access
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in entirety.
Other things to note
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
