Small but quaint newly built one bedroom holiday let with stunning views across the valley. Peaceful location, plenty of walking areas from the holiday let, river walks, woodland walks and free arboretum to explore or just relax and enjoy the views from the shelter, or picnic on the wooden tables. Bikes can be stored under the balcony. The balcony is private for guests only to enjoy but the large garden is shared with owner. In the evening enjoy relaxing with a book or watch Netflix. The train station is a 3 minute walk away and goes to Exeter, North Devon, Barnstaple, and Okehampton the gateway to Dartmoor. Buses are 15 minutes walk. This is a no outdoor shoes holiday let and vegetarian only. Free parking opposite the holiday let, but no electric charger for cars.

The canal runs alongside the river. The train runs straight into the centre of Exeter city centre whereby you can explore the cathedral and city centre underground tunnels.
