Positive: Loved the attention to detail in this high quality and comfortable accommodation. Welcome gift was a lovely touch and whilst we had no issues when there, help was only a phone call away. Excellent information provided before and during the visit about the area. It is a great base. Great facilities on site that we would have used more if we had stayed longer (only booked 2 nights). Will use again when staying in the area.

Negative: Despite it being clear on the booking details I did not really appreciate from the description that one bedroom was also a go through room to upstairs, which made it hard re deciding who slept where as we had three generations and older teens of different sexes. Bathrooms could do with a lock on so people cannot accidentally walk in. In the local area, be warned that on a Sunday places shut early. Pub food was not served at the two pubs in walking distance beyond 6 pm and 7 pm, but a Tescos Express and takeaway options were only a short drive away.

Summary: Attention to detail makes all the difference so you won't be disappointed.
