On arrival, you will find a bay-windowed living/dining room with wooden floors and tasteful decoration. The sitting space has an impressive marble fireplace and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, whilst the adjoining dining area has a table for six. At the rear is a conservatory kitchen, designed in a modern style with white cabinets and light streaming in through a glass-panelled roof; amenities include an Italian espresso machine, double oven, incorporated microwave and 5-burner hob. At the end of the kitchen, doors open on to a sunny back garden with its wild trees and plants – wonderful for an evening drink or breakfast al fresco. There are four bedrooms on the upper levels of the house, as well as three bathrooms all fitted with high-pressure showers. The master bedroom, with its lovely patterned wallpaper and luxurious chaise longue, also boasts a luxury Super-King Duxiana bed.
