Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Good location and well-equipped (but see below). The apartment was clean when I arrived and had reliable wifi, chairs and a table, washing machine, microwave etc.

Negative: The listing said the apartment had a TV but there was no sign of one when I arrived. I queried this with the agency that manages the property. They acknowledged that the hosts had removed the TV after I'd booked and they would contact them regarding some offer of compensation. Of course that was the last I heard about it. If the hosts live upstairs (the apartment is in the basement) their way of communicating with guests seems to be to get their children to stamp on the floorboards at various times to keep the guest(s) below on their toes. Also the bed is a sofa bed and not at all comfortable.
