It is ideally located between the promenade (home to Eastbourne Bandstand and Pier) and the Beacon shopping centre with Cineworld multi screen cinema. The closet restaurant is also only a few hundred metres away and being in a prime location you won't be short of choice.
This property offers not one but two outside terraces at the front and back of the property. The terraces are for your exclusive use giving you rare privacy in such a central location.
