Traditional flint and brick cottage with 3 bedrooms; (1 king size double, 1 large double and 1 single), 2 miles south of Burnham Market. Close to beaches at Holkham, (5 miles), Wells, (6 miles) and Brancaster (9 miles).
Burnham Market has a wide range of shops and award winning restaurants and the Creake Abbey deli and restaurant is 1 mile away, (a pleasant 20 minute off road walk). There is a pub in the village that serves food and a pub/restaurant in South Creake 2 miles to the south.
The living/dining room has a log burning stove, ideal for cold winter nights, Freesat satellite TV and good Wifi.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one kingsize double, one large double and one single, with hanging and storage space. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are supplied.
There is a conservatory looking out on the garden with a table and seating, and there is a large rear garden, (70 metres long), with a seating area and barbeque.
Heating and hot water are all electric.
One small dog is allowed, but we ask guests to ensure that dogs are not allowed on furniture or upstairs. Dogs can sleep in the conservatory which has a dog gate.
Bookings are Friday to Friday. A 25% deposit is required to secure bookings and the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
