Summary: I want to express my sincere gratitude to Yin at the front desk who was absolutely amazing and made this stay an excellent experience and for Laxman who gave us special attention throughout! It is wonderful to see people who care about their brand and what they offer and remember that just a little extra time and a warm smile make all the difference to guests! A lovely hotel that was clean and well maintained!
