Positive: Excellent breakfast basket collected from the bar for breakfast the evening before far exceeded what I expected and provided a good breakfast Basic amenities but satisfactory generally if little tired Off street parking for free nearby

Negative: Colony of seagulls living on flat roof of property and adjacent buildings making extensive and loud screeching late into evening and waking me up at 4am as daylight appeared they are very loud like being in the film the birds Bird mess all over the building exterior - if you want a decent nights sleep don’t stay here Very much a down market sports bar with rooms adjacent Hard core clientele which is pretty unsettling when entering the bar to check in as there is no reception or signs where to go indeed the bar man has a book with your details and you queue as if to order a drink to get your key being eyed all the time by the regulars Stairs to rooms no lift and access through the small crowded outside smoking area which is again unsettling and unwelcoming when full or regulars you have to push past to access your room Stayed two nights but wouldn’t recommend it - it’s ok if you’re ok with the set up but better options very close
