Summary: Decor is tired and dated. Bed linen, surfaces and crockery was clean but the stair carpets were very worn and room corners and skirting very dusty and grubby. Toilets need a good clean round the bend but seats were clean. Cooked breakfast good but only 2 cereals to choose from, no choice or brown or white toast and no tea available at breakfast. Only saw on member of staff who was lovely and very helpful. However, it was a budget price and we had all we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Price reflected our experience
