About the property
The Parlour, which is adjacent to a working dairy farm, will make you feel relaxed and content from the moment you arrive. With a bright, open-plan layout, two comfortable bedrooms and a large outdoor space with a BBQ and a lawn that's perfect for garden games, you will feel right at home. Should you wish to explore the area, Worcestershire city centre, the Cotswolds and a range of family-friendly attractions including West Midlands Safari Park are all within easy reach.
The space
Upon entering this single storey barn, you will be greeted by a beautiful living space with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The living space comprises the kitchen, dining room and lounge so you can socialise with ease.
In the kitchen, you will have access to an electric oven and hob, microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a coffee machine, while the dining table comfortably seats four guests.
Over in the lounge, there is a sumptuous L-shaped sofa, a Smart TV and a wood-burning stove. When the sun is shining, open the French doors which lead directly to the delightful garden.
There are two bright and cosy double bedrooms, along with a shared bathroom which is located next door and has a walk-in shower.
Outside, there is a lawned garden, patio, beautifully landscaped with seasonal blooms and equipped with garden games to enjoy in the sunshine. There is also a BBQ with one free bag of charcoal, a dining table and rattan seating and underfloor heating.
You will also have access to The Barns Games Room which is shared with the adjacent barn and complete with table football, darts and a table tennis table.
