Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very friendly hosts, who was quick to respond at all times. The room is small but thats normal for London, the bed is comfy and their is a fan in the room which helped as it gets quite hot. We had free reign to use the kitchen and bathroom is newly renovated. Be mindful that you are staying in a room in a family home, it did not bother us. Overall it's good value for money and more than met the expectation for the price. I also liked the location, being 10 minutes walk to stratford station which is a well connected tube station you can go to anywhere in London from there as there is 4 train lines crossing at the station.

Negative: Room was a bit busy/cluttered with the TV and mini fridge inside. It got really hot inside on a 20 degree day (so if you are staying in winter, don't worry the room will nice and cozy).
