Enter at the rear of the building up a metal staircase to the door and into a spacious and warming apartment spread out on two levels. The ground floor has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an L-shaped sofa to gather around after a busy day on the beach. Watch a movie on the wall-mounted Smart TV and take in the splendid sea views from the lounge window. A large table which seats nine is perfect to sit around enjoying a meal together or playing board games. The spacious kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped for all your catering needs, along with a breakfast bar. From the dining area, two steps take you down to a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a further staircase takes you to the front door leading to shops and the beach. On the ground floor, guests will also find a double bedroom with sea views, and a triple room with double bed and a single over. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with walk-in shower, freestanding bath and WC.
