The Hogg and The Apple Store are perfectly positioned in spacious grounds close to the centre of the sought-after village of East Rudham. The house is full of character and each of the rooms has been beautifully furnished with superb attention to detail with designer fabrics and delightful art. On the ground floor guests will enjoy a large kitchen/dining room, perfect for entertaining; two sitting rooms, one with a cosy wood burning stove, a small study and utility areas. On the first floor the master bedroom has a dressing area and en-suite shower room. There are three further double bedrooms, one twin, a family bathroom and an additional shower room.
The large garden is enclosed and dog friendly so bring your dog with you. This is the perfect place to while away a sunny afternoon, with a courtyard and barbecue area, table tennis, football goal and a pétanque court. This really is a home-from-home, less than a five minute walk from the village pub, The Crown, which serves fabulous food, a renowned farm shop and a tea room.
The Apple Store annexe is separate from The Hogg and has a small double bedroom, a living room and a full bathroom.
